If you are between 50 - 64 years old and would like a flu vaccination please contact the surgery to book an appointment.

Please wear a mask if you are entering the practice.

Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients when necessary, and you may be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you. We also have an easy to use video consultation system which you may be offered. This has been very successful, the aim of all of this being to provide personal healthcare whilst keeping everyone safe.

Tockwith Opening times

Whilst we are doing our very best to keep both sites open as normal, due to these difficult times, there have been and will be occasions we regretfully have to close Tockwith.

Please check "Opening Times" at the top of the page to see current opening times.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you

circled_dayConsultations are by appointment and can be booked in person, by telephone or online. An appointment is normally for one person only and lasts 10 minutes.

We offer a combination of appointments that can be booked in advance and on the day. Our duty doctor system ensures that there is a doctor available to deal with any “on the day” problems either face to face or over the telephone. This service is available Monday to Friday morning and afternoon, in addition to our general routine surgery appointments.

We also operate a nurse triage system to enable us to signpost patients to the correct clinician.

Appointments time are throughout the day from 8am to 6pm. We have some appointments available until 8pm on a Monday and early appointments from 7.30am on a Friday. These later and earlier appointments are designed for the convenience of people who are working in normal surgery hours.

Practitioner Preference

A registered patient is entitled to express a preference of practitioner. The practice will try to comply with this preference but this will not always be possible (annual leave/study leave etc.).

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
