Appointments

Please wear a mask if you are entering the practice.

Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients when necessary, and you may be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you. We also have an easy to use video consultation system which you may be offered. This has been very successful, the aim of all of this being to provide personal healthcare whilst keeping everyone safe.

Patient Participation Group

To help us with this, we have set up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. The current structure of the group is as follows:

Our patient participation group is part of the National Association of Patient Participation (NAPP). Please feel free to take a look at their website at http://www.napp.org.uk/.

Our patient group has been heavily involved in newsletters, the website, surveys, local CPR classes, a volunteer driver scheme and recycling of wasted medication to Africa to name just a few projects.
